Thank you for shopping with Lakshayini Adivasi  Hair Oil! We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options in the event you need to return a product.

1. Return Duration

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also have the original tags attached.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at lakshayini@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

6. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via email at [lakshayini@gmail.com] within 3 days of receiving your order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Health and personal care items
